If I book a bus trip and cancel is it refundable?


Bus trips deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued when the Bus trip is canceled.




Are there any refunds for cancellations?


If you book a trip with a non-refundable deposit you will not be able to get a refund, It is up to the vendor to issue a refund or credit.




How do I cancel a trip?


Letter of cancellations should be email to: patricia@clairstravel.com Many of our partners, cruise line, tour, airlines, and etc have their own cancellation policies. Each trip is unique and it's important that you contact us immediately if you need to cancellation an upcoming booking.




Cancelling an "All Inclusive" trip


All-inclusive trips cancellation policy varies from vendor & COVID so it's important that you contact me ASAP if you will not be able to make your trip.




What is your Plan to Go Agreement?


In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable, but 100% is applied toward the cost of your trip. Trip planning involves much time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research hotels, locations, cultural activities in the area to meet your specific needs, contacting suppliers, coordinating transportation, and drafting itineraries. Your final itinerary and documents will give you a great vacation! Once Clair's Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop around and check the internet. If you choose to book your vacation with another agency, the Plan to Go Deposit will be retained by Clair's Travel as payment for services rendered. All trips arranged through Clair's Travel offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professional in the business of planning travel.




Is there a Late Fee?


There is a late fee of $25 per person on final payment if the payment is not paid by the deadline date.




Do you offer travel insurance?


We do not offer any travel insurance but we can refer you to travel insurance that we think you should take a look into. Visit my insurance tab.
